Large playground, 2 swings plus 2 baby swings, 2 pavilions (one by the pond), small play set for littles, wood chip surface.

Small bass on grubs and spinners. Maybe bluegill or crappie but havent seen any. Please practice c&r. Tiny ponds like this can be emptied in a week by meat fiaherman.
