I used to LOVE this place, but for the past year the Deli/Food Court has really lost it's "quality". Most all of their deli food (pre-cooked) is dry because its over cooked. I bought 2 cooked Jennie O turkeys a couple of weeks ago (that's almost $20 w/tax!!!) and both were so overcooked/dry that they were like chewing gum & we couldn't swallow it down. I was pretty upset, but what can you do? I've had it before and it was good so I assume they're hiring people that can't cook (or don't care). Also, about a month ago I went to the deli to get some sliced chicken meat for sandwiches & the people behind the counter had no clue what they were doing (and took FOREVER). People were breaking to the front of the line & they were serving them first instead of in the order customers came in! I was at self checkout a couple of months ago and the guy that watches & helps people when needed got so close to me his belly rubbed my arm....that's way to close for me & there was no need for it so when he's there I go to the a cash register and let someone check me out (to avoid him). For shopping for uncooked food or groceries it's a great place to shop but for cooked food or deli meats I avoid that whole area because the quality of food & service has gotten so bad. I sure hope they hire some "experienced" people for the food court because it's really not good right now.

I went there for my first time, with the thought of buying authentic Mexican Sweet bread and to my disappointment, there was none, and I googled 'mexican bakery ' and there's no Mexican Sweet bread in that store.how sad.
