The rep that came to my home is Keegan, he called in advance giving me plenty of time before he arrived at my home on time. Put on a mask when he saw I was wearing one, was very efficient and tidied everything up quite well. He then adjusted my thermostat per my requested temps. He was repairing a recalled part on my HV/AC units. Because this was work due to a recall, there was no charge. Would absolutely call this company again if needed
