I went here for nearly 4 years and stopped once the only good provider, Zach, left. They refused to tell me which practice he moved to so I could continue treatment with the provider I trusted. The office is outdated and it feels like my childhood doctor’s office back in the early 90’s. The front desk staff is a rotating door of clueless people - scheduling appointments because such a frustration and their inability to keep providers on-schedule was the worst. This practice needs to rethink their management and operations if they want to keep patients… general health practices are on every corner these days and all accept the same insurance, so they need to stop treating their patients like prisoners because we can and will go elsewhere. BTW if you were one of Zach’s patients, he’s at SCL Lutheran now.

They may have the most amazing nurses and doctors but me and my family will never know because they have the rudest receptionist I am sure I have ever spoken to. Seeing as that is a complaint by others in their reviews I would advise management to do something about it.

At this point, I'm depressed given the fact I visited this office over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received the medication I need. Having paid over $200 for an out of pocket visit, a quicker turn around would have been nice. At this point, the pharmacy providing the medication simply needs a quick call to confirm the prescription but they can't even be bothered to do that. I've called the office and the pharmacy multiple times to get things rolling but still nothing. I have plague psoriasis. It's pretty disheartening seeing the sores grow day in and day out and not being able to get the care I need.

I would give them no stars if I could. They drop the ball one too many times. If you care about your health at all... DONT COME HERE
