I would give a five star for my doctor. But the billing department is incompetent. They've been trying to double bill me multiple times now. This has been going on for over one year now. They tell me that they're going to change the billing side of things but never do. Like I said before this has been going on for over a year now and it's not just me who's getting double billed. Always keep your receipts for everything. Just for that problem alone, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Great Doctors, great staff , billing department was good but now it is horrible, surprise bills. Customers service that you can't understand or get any answers from ! After reading some of the reviews I found that most of the complaints are with the billing department, why are you not correcting this problem

I went here for 2 meds check appointments that were 2 weeks apart. The first cost 92$ (I paid out of pocket) the second inexplicably cost 150$ (out of pocket). Even the finance people at the front agree, there is no transparency in the billing. If you do not have insurance they can not even give you a ball park estimate of how much you will pay. They can charge whatever they want which is incredibly exploitative. I spent a combined grand total of maybe 15 minutes with the actual doctor during the appointment’s, and I paid about $250. This place should be ashamed and embarrassed because they are actually negatively affecting peoples health with the massive amount of stress they cause because of the high prices and lack of transparency. No other industry is allowed to get away with this, why are they? *** both times I went I did the self pay, pay full amount out of pocket at front desk. I got an additional bill now BOTH times. I was able to dispute the first one (with 3 phone calls) now I have a new 39$ bill I will have to call and dispute as well. The payment lady at the desk basically told me even if you pay in full for your service, they will still always try and bill you for a little more just to see if they can get it, so she advised me to hold onto my initial receipt. What on earth kind of place IS THIS? I guess I’ll be calling again this week disputing another charge… hopefully they get shut down soon.

Their new location is much more handicap accessible and modern. They are really good about being on time with appointments & responding to patient portal communications... sometimes drop the ball on giving you your test results if they are negative, but you can see your results in the patient portal. Most of the medical staff is great but one MD was so focused on my weight that they didn't leave enough time to treat what I came in for - I ended up making another appointment with someone else (a PA or CNA I think) in the practice who was very helpful. Their billing - not late or collections - just regular call in about a bill - was out-sourced, had such a thick accent I had trouble understanding him; he was nice enough but he couldn't do anything except "escalate it to the doctor's office" even though it was a straight-forward question about a standard discount they routinely provide.
