WARNING!: This is NOT a family practice and they will bill you like a hospital. I have a high end PPO Insurance provider with a $15 co-pay for family practice providers. I've been coming here in the past and had billing issues continually, but THIS time I've been fighting for over 5 months to get a billing dispute resolved and now they are telling me they bill like a hospital not a family practice. Yet IN the name says "Family Medicine" and I was able to find "UC Health medical group" with this location and multiple providers listed as "in-network providers" on my insurance page for "Family Practice Providers". I'm getting bullied into paying the bill or threatened to go to collections. My daughter was seen by a nurse practitioner for 15mins or less for an ear infection. I paid my co-pay that day, and yet I've gone back and forth with CU Medical, UC Health, and BCBS (my insurance) submitting disputes on all fronts. The outcome is that CU Medical is billing like a hospital emergency visit and refuses to change the billing code. I will no longer be bringing my family here and will be reporting this as "surprise billing". I was advised when I called it was family practice and they accepted my insurance, i confirmed yet again day of the appointment when I gave them my updated insurance card. Yet they continue to overcharge and bill with incorrect medical codes. Which is WRONG! And Despite my best efforts to resolve it for over 5 months, they continue to fight me. I'm livid that this place allows this to continue to happen. Go somewhere else unless you like overpaying! It will NOT be just a standard co-pay here!!! **IF UC Health / CU Medicine would finally like to cooperate and bill as previously disclosed, I'd gladly remove this negative review. If not, I'll leave this here to warn other facility patrons out of caution.

Usually very easy to book an appointment online, the app and test results all given digitally are fantastic. Have always been treated respectfully, and truly listened to.
