Didnot even have a appt. My wife did, but they gave me the last covid shot anyway.

called to make an appointment as a new patient, they put me with the next available provider which was weeks out. No big deal, booked it and waited. Drive 40 minutes to make it to the appointment only to be told they canceled it because that provider doesn’t accept new patients. Why did they schedule it with her then? No one ever called or emailed me, I was told they communicated through the portal. I’m a new patient and wasn’t even setup with a portal yet! Next appointment is 6 weeks out. Frustrating.

I went here to get my second Covid shot. The front desk lady Shandell was super friendly, Sylvia was knowable and kind . She had the correct dose and proper needle on the vaccine. And Linda corrected a scheduling error that happened in a different office .
