Bank of the sierra will Not take care of their customers. I had an unauthorized charge of 75 dollars & the bank could not tell me Any info of what it was for. I had no subscriptions so it was alarming. I asked for a new card, changed all my passwords, Bank got my money back. THEN, they charged me again for the $75 with No Warning! I called and got the run around, No resolve! Could not tell me why I was charged again. Never going back to this bank. Steer clear.

Four days ago I lost my debit card and called the 800 number to report it lost. Today I went to the bank to discover not only did they not send me a new card yet, but they also did not lock my lost card. And the woman that helped me told me if I have any unauthorized charges on my account that I would be responsible for them because I didn't lock the lost card. The automated phone call never gave me an option to order a card or lock my lost card. This is highly unsecure and I expected better from this bank. So now I have to wait 10 business days to receive my new card and hope my account doesn't get hit with any new charges. Best believe I'm going to be switching banks on Monday and will never refer anyone here again.
