I have a lived here over a year and I can say this is the worst experience . I have had a rodent problem , I have had a problem with the property manager Sheila latif. I wasn’t even going to write a review until I just received an email from ms latif stating how much I owe them which she clearly didn’t realize I moved out the unit before may and returned keys and everything to the rental office . They clearly don’t communicate with each other . I also would like to share I had a fridge that broke last summer and they sent an old one until mine got replaced well it had never got replaced and I’ve had two fridges sitting in my kitchen since last summer . I can’t stand this place and I’m glad that I am gone . I had problems that needed to be fixed since I moved and they still didn’t do anything . Good luck with this property 🙄

i’ve been living here for a year now and this is by far the worst place I ever lived the staff is very unprofessional and they like to cover a lot of things up all my appliances in the bathroom and in the kitchen mostly are old and ran down my sink in the bathroom has cigarette burns And peeling paint everywhere also there was a Mouse infestation the property manager doesn’t help at all all she does is make excuses and and act like she is so busy when the only people that you should be helping is the people that live here that should be the main priority I’ve had at least three inspections and they failed two of them and I’m still trying to figure out how everybody’s water bill is exactly $100 they should all be fired and I noticed on the reviews they only send comments back to the people that gave good reviews and I don’t think it’s fair that some units have central air wash machines and dryers and other units gotta use the messed up and horrible horrible washing machine and dryer in the laundry room I would advise no one to move here until they upgrade their units because they are not suitable for the price of rent

I LIVE IN ASHBURTON TOWNHOMES! if i could leave negative 10 I WOULD! I hate this place, iv only been living here for exactly 5 months. Two weeks into my new place it was infested with mice. Mice are literally in EVERYROOM! i have roaches, spiders etc. they didn’t switch out anything from the last tenant, my shower walls were pealing before i even took a shower in there, My outlets don’t work my floors were uneven and had dents in it. These buildings are way to old and not updated to cost $1350. The maintenance is HORRIBLE!!!!! Tony i believe the manager is VERY disrespectful. I have been dealing with one thing after another since the day i moved in. Nobody is ever in the rental office & if they are they don’t answer the phones. I STRONGLY hate this place i don’t recommend it to anyone not even a homeless person! I’m very angry that i signed a 15 month lease with this place which means i have 10 months left to deal with these people.
