Plenty of faults with this place, not the least of which is their ignorance to their own mice infestation. Often, their response is "we'll send the exterminator Monday" -- they lay traps, stuff some copper in a hole or two, and leave. Next day, new mice tracks. It's a cycle of ignorance that'll land Twin Ridges in trouble with the state of Maryland as they're breaking Maryland's implied warranty of habitability. I DO NOT recommend living here or anywhere managed by WPM Real Estate Management.

The staff is always responsive and fantastic all around. Maintenance is quick and thorough.. Great place to live and convenient to shopping, grocery stores, pharmacy, salons, restaurants (casual dining). - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I've posted a review recently but somehow it's not here anymore. So this had better not disappear again for some strange reason. If you want to live here, you have to pay for your dog to stay here, but mice get to live freely and happily while you're asleep. The mice always outsmart the traps that about 3 different pest companies put down and can climb onto your counters, couches, and stoves. I've dealt with this problem almost ever since my family and I started living here back in 2019. Twin Ridge should be called Twin Rats because no matter how much you catch and kill, more always come. They don't want to take the necessary actions against the infestation (it is at the level of an infestation). I've recently caught 3 mice in one week and more still come. I've put in numerous maintenance requests for the same thing and nothing stops these mice from coming in at all. I have babies and my patience has ran thin. If you're considering Twin Ridge, you're only paying for the location of the complex and not the actual value. The apartment and it's Appliances are old. There are many holes in the buildings (more holes were made on the outside perimeter walls in an attempt to get rid of mice which only caused more to come). They took away the storage rooms for some reason and said that it's something that will benefit us residents. Sometimes an AC unit for the apartment above you will have an issue causing water buildup to leak down into your unit's ceiling. There's always some type of water problem that causes the water to be off for at least an hour or 2 about 2 times every 2 months or so. I would never recommend anyone to live here.

Love living at Twin Ridge the area is peaceful and quiet. The homes are spacious and well kept. The grounds and hallways are well maintained. Twin Ridge will be my home for the long hall.

Only some! Most do not -- only newer buildings built in an expansion of the place have outlets because apparently electricity didn't exist before the 70s.
