Terrible they do not care about the students please do not stay here.. they leave doors unlocked someone broke into my car in the GARAGE not to mention we pay almost 200 for parking

Okay sorry for the confusion. But I heard reissuing the deposit check takes another 30 days from the property manager. I do not want to wait additional 30 days from now. I’ve already waited 68 day. And the way that your explanation is just “There is nothing that we can help you other than reissuing your check” I don’t think this is the way of explaning this situation. If the leasing office doesn’t know, then who knows about the deposit which is your responsibility to refund for the resident? And you guys just replied my complaint message from the resident portal. They usually replied me back when I sent additional follow up emails when I lived in Paloma.

Good place, but soundproofing can be annoying sometimes. Too much outside noise is let in

Rent is around $1450 per person. You move in during late August.
Safety is really not a concern for management here. Plenty of stories about break ins and theft. Don't expect the apartment to do anything about it if such events happen to you.
