These are the worst managers since Hallmark has taking over. This lady does not care if you are single she has certain people that she will target on a everyday basis it is so unpleasant to live at the Meadowlark apartments now and they are not pet friendly. I tried to talk to someone from the corporate office and she just takes up for the leasing manager. No win here and I would not live here either. I use to be happy to live here until Hallmark took over.

This racial, dishonest joke of a company doesn’t deserve a one star rating. My lease at Colony House in Florida managed by Hallmark was by far the worst experience. The Property manager is anything but a professional woman. She is hateful, mean, and runs the property like a slave plantation worker. She targets people of color and single moms with biracial children. She discriminated against my family and I reached out to the Hallmark office and nothing was done. They don’t answer phone calls. I’ve never talked to someone on the phone. I called daily for weeks. I was never a day late on rent and the fat manager didn’t renew my lease because she is hateful. It’s wrong to play with someone’s family and livelihood. You have to be evil to purposely not repair a families A/C unit in the dead summer in Florida. You make a family and single mom move just because it makes you feel powerful. I moved out April 30 and had to call and beg and plead to get my deposit back that was rightfully owed to me. Several months calling leaving messages getting the run around. The way this company treats families and human beings is WRONG! Shut them down. Better business bureau has been contacted. Shut them down! Horrible people! Scammers! Mean people!

I would say, based on HUD rules, no. However, there are circumstances that could warrant a tenant being responsible. My advice is if you get any assistance, including HUD, contact the source of your assistance. Other possible sources, in some states, are the Health Department and Legal Aide.
Its Awful situations on their properties..you Probably want but i would get 12 on your side because they need a Spotlight on the conditions of the units over there.
