This company is stealing money from applicants. They take multiple applications to collect money from as many people as possible without telling applicants that there are multiple applications, then give the property to the highest bidder above the listed rental cost.

I am coming at this from the homeowner's perspective, but based on my interaction, I have no reason to believe they are not top-notch on the resident's side. I started with a terrible property management company (Mynd) and was referred to Specialized by another homeowner, and I am very thankful I was. This company and its people are living what they preach in their marketing. They say they want to fix the property management process, and so far, I very much believe they are on the right track. From my first call with Tim to learn about the offering to my onboarding with Ralph and Seantel to getting it leased with Stewart, everyone has been responsive and expressed care, and it seemed like they actually wanted to help, which is rare in the service industry today. Even when I incorrectly blamed them for locking me out of my property, they were professional and on top of trying to get a solution (Long story, but it was the prior and enept PM's fault). I love that when I call, I can get ahold of who I need to, and when I send an email, I have a reply within hours. I have already recommended another future property owner in the neighborhood use Specialized, and I will continue to do so. As I plan to grow my rental portfolio, I will know I already have my PM figured out. Please keep up the good work!
