Fox's Full Service Car Wash and Fuel

I really appreciate how well Fox’s cCar Wash washed my car. I wash my car every weekend so being able to get a membership is super helpful. The employees are usually pretty helpful and polite. I recently met the owner during their Veterans fundraiser, which I thought was wonderful being I’m a mama of two Marines, and he was so friendly. I really appreciated him approaching cars and chatting with them. I’d HIGHLY recommend this establishment for their great work. My only issue would be the music they are allowed to play. I would NEVER recommend my teens get their cars washed here nor my family members. The content of the music is just too much. I think it’s great they are playing music I’d just suggest something a bit cleaner. Keep up the great work.

Be aware, cleaning the wheels is not included with any service offered here. I paid for the full detail and the attendants were all very polite and wanted to make sure I had an hour and a half to wait. The full detail took an hour and a half, so I am pleased that my expectations were set before starting. When I went out to my car after it was finished, the interior and exterior looked great but the wheels were completely missed. I went back inside to ask if the wheels are an extra charge and was told that they don’t offer wheel cleaning at all. A car wash that doesn’t even offer an add on to clean the wheels? Lower quality car wash locations at least use a brush to agitate the dirt on the wheels before the car goes through the wash but it doesn’t even appear that this was done. Images on their website show someone spraying and wiping down wheels, which I now know is just the “tire shine” service. If you want a clean car and use this location, be prepared to wash your wheels yourself. Great service on what was cleaned, but I will be finding another car wash location that cleans all of my car’s exterior.

This place has really gone downhill since the original owners. I don't know if their equipment is worn out or just not maintained but it misses a lot of area. Today the people that dry didn't even wipe my windshield. The last time before I could put my power mirrors out the guy ripped the mirror out. Prepare to spend another hour cleaning at home or better yet just do it yourself from the start. If you don't care about your vehicle this is the place for you.

Saturday August 7, 2021 I drove from Longview to Fox’s in Vancouver specifically for the Auto Detail. If I could give negative stars I would and here’s why: 1. Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours- It took 3 hrs 7 mins. 2. When my vehicle was finally “finished” and I got back in I found that ALL of the front cup holders and driver side door cup holder had not been touched, not even a half-hearted attempt to clean them. 3. The half-hearted attempt was seen on my dash, around the start button, on and around the radio and heat controls, and the console where the shifter is located. They were all actually still smeared with whatever they were attempting to clean with. 4. While waiting I also witnessed other customers voicing complaints that ranged from missing floor mats to still dirty areas on the vehicle after going through the automated car wash portion. All I can say is if this had been a service worthy of the $75 charged, I would have made the trip on a routine basis. However, the poor quality and the amount of time to do almost nothing, means I will not be returning. And to anyone who reads reviews take this one to heart and be aware of the massive FAIL ahead of you if you use this business. Sunday August 8, 2021 In Response to the owner’s review comments- I did contemplate voicing my dissatisfaction, however I didn’t want to spend another hour or more for the completion of a job that had already taken 3 hours!! I decided to leave with my not finished detail job, knowing I would never return. After witnessing the disorganized and chaotic nature of 3 separate employees doing one job that wasn’t done correctly, I knew I didn’t want to stay for more of the same.
