This dealership is the classic “shady salesman” vibe. They are not to be trusted. If you leave an honest review about their predatory practices they’ll have their “handler” stalk you in an attempt to cajole you into lying about how great they are. NOT! This person also feeds you more lies in hopes that you change review. Absolutely not. If you really want a Nissan I’d drive 2.5 hours to East Charlotte Nissan! Better service, better integrity, better support, and always complete follow through.

You would need to call them to ask. But last time they charged me about 150 to 200 and that's was with the replacement and with the warranty
