Service was okay during end of holiday season. A manager was pleasant and personable with knowledge of my special request from her district manager. I would return to this location. Very disappointed cranberry orange dark chocolates were gone until next year.😪

Always friendly and patient staff, making a fun experience every time I go! As it should be since it's the candy shop! Also flawless ordering and delivery on the See's website if you're still playing it safe from the pandemic.

Sees candy is always delicious! The service today, however, was atrocious! We had a long line outside the building while only one person came out to take orders by hand. There was another employee in the store who kept coming in and out of the main gallery of the store, apparently stocking and taking on line orders, but never helped anyone in line. We understand the limitations of COVID-19 and the necessary safety precautions but this is absolutely ridiculous! It literally took 30 minutes per customer. We stood in line over an hour. Unacceptable! Disappointing! This is not the fault of the two workers, they tried to do their best. This is poor planning on behalf of the owner/manager. Hire more people or at least have a policy that when the line is around the building, in person orders take priority. Do better!
