I had previously reviewed giving a 1 star having not received an apartment holding check of $200 from Metro510. It took a few months of back and forth and finally the issue was settled by building manager Michael, I was informed of a company management change and that a company called FPI or PFI was the main culprit. Metro510 cut us a check right away to rectify the situation. I’m only giving a 4 star because of the time frame of over 3 months and energy things took. Thank you for your help, the property and your other than the papers mistake was great and worth looking into for perspective renters.

510 Metro apartments are in perfect location having shopping stores, restaurants, Bart Station , parks and schools at close walking distance is amazing. It is a safe community with a family friendly environment. Is perfect for socializing with other families with kids and pets. Having direct access to a bike/walk path is a bonus but, the staff is amazing. Julio, Benny and Michael are a hard working team with an excellent job on maintaining a high standard. Very impressed and satisfied with the spectacular customer service Michael provides. The maintenance crew Julio and Benny always maintaining the building clean and organized. Truly appreciate how helpful, friendly and polite the 510 Metro staff is. THEY ARE THE BEST......

I lived at Metro 510 for around two years and have to say it has absolutely been my favorite apartment so far. The staff are all very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The building is clean, feels safe, and we didn't have any real issues greater than a lightbulb or two dying. Being able to walk to multiple grocery stores, places to eat, Barnes & Noble, and of course the BART was great. The BART is very loud outside so I don't think you will enjoy the balcony much (at least for us directly facing it), but you don't hear it at all indoors 99% of the time unless you're listening for it and there is completely quiet indoors. The package rooms are super useful and easy to navigate with proper room sorting done. There is also a Amazon locker inside the apartment which is excellent. There is a trash chute so you never have to go far to get rid of trash/recycling or worry about overfilling the trash one day since there are large dumpsters available 24/7. We never had a bad experience with any neighbors and in fact some have went out of the way to contact us if they noticed a package was left out of place or a delivery was at our door. If I was hard pressed to find a single negative other than the outside BART noise which they can't help, I would say the fire alarms have had a history of being a bit sensitive so we had a few false alarms in the building during wild fire season, heavy rain, etc. They have sinced updated the outdoor ones I believe so it shouldn't happen again. I don't even ever write reviews, but I just liked this place so much I felt I owed them one haha. 10/10 give them a go.

We've lived in a metro 510 apartment for 2.5 years. Here is a list of what we liked the most and the least. What we liked the most: (1) Close to shopping, such as trader joes, and BART. Overall great location. The building is next to Ohlone road so you would enjoy having direct access to a bike/walk path. (2) Safe community and a family friendly environment. Great for socializing with other families with kids or if you have pets. We made a lot of friends! :) (3) Michael and his team do an excellent job in maintaining metro 510 at a high standard. (4) The air conditioning is a blessing. We appreciated it the most during the fire season, where we could run the fans for clean air. What we liked the least (1) The smoke detectors are sensitive. If you cook a lot using oven, you may take this into account. Overall, we were greatly pleased to live there. I highly recommend metro 510!
