Torture??? YES! I came to the store after spending over an hour on the phone trying to talk to someone from customer service. As soon as I arrived and I told them that, instead of helping me, they said the wait there was two hours. That I was better off trying again on the phone. If you have any choice for a mobile provider other than Verizon….

They were able to quickly solve an issue that I’d been struggling with for a week. I was a little nervous because of the other reviews, but all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and not busy. Good COVID protocols as well.

I got a new Google phone a couple of weeks ago and the microphone went out last night. We stopped taking out the Asurion insurance on our devices because the are so difficult to deal with then they just send you a refurbished phone that tends to not last long. Went into the store today and after a short wait a young man Cameron helped me said it was covered under warranty and even gave me advice on how to register my new screen protector so I don't have to pay to replace it again. Cameron had me in and out of there in five minutes. I was expecting the ordeal to be much different and was pleasantly surprised.
