Overpriced and horrible customer service

Been going here for several years and have had positive experiences with the doctors. However, the support staff is not very good, they don’t update you on your glasses and their status, they promise to call you but hardly ever do. They don’t care what labs they use (the absolute cheapest lab your insurance company allows) Just canceled my most recent order that was supposed to be done in a week that now looks to be 3+ weeks. I requested to cancel my order and was told I can’t and would have to take it up with my insurance company, 5 minutes after I said that I would take this up my credit card company they canceled my order. Very dishonest. Very overpriced frames, cheap labs and a horrible support staff you are better off finding a new place.

Very pleasant experience! Both their staff and the doctor are very friendly. The doctor is knowledgeable and adjusted my glasses to fit me perfectly. She also gave advice on the temporal length that is best suited for my head shape. I felt welcomed here and will definitely visit them in the future.
