Terrible experience. Find another place. Brought my phone in for repair. When I returned to pick up later technician had scratched the screen but claimed not only that he hadn't done it but that it was the cause of my screen flicker. 🧐 SCAM ALERT.

My phone broke and I didn't have any insurance on it so I was recommended this place by a friend of mines and I can see why he recommended this place is great staff is friendly. I went in to get my screen fixed and I was worried I wouldn't make it in time to pick up my daughter from day care but my screen was fixed within an hour !

This is the 2nd time I went to get my cell phone repaired with 3RTEK. The first time was when I still lived in Albany so he was nearby. The 2nd time which was now, I came from Berkeley even with other cell phone repair shops being closer. Why? Alan is a very professional, hard working and respectful person. I am not much of an IPhone or Apple guy. In both cases I dropped a Galaxy Samsung Note and needed to repair a broken screen or the charging port. Alan quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution with upfront pricing and estimated time to complete the repair. Today I needed both my charging port and the back of my cell phone replaced. The cost was very reasonable and my phone was ready within 2 hours after dropping it off. Bottom line: if you break your phone, Alan is your guy in the East Bay. Highly recommended 👌 Thanks Alan!

Even though some times customers would ask the shop to sell used phones for them the shop itself normally don't sell used or new phones. They would be.more than willing to see if they can repair your phone for you.
Can't really say the exact price, but I can say they are very fair, super quick and exceedingly nice.
Depends what model you have. For most older’s model glass replacement from $80-$100.
