Well, here is my story. About three months ago I went down to look at a 2012 F250 gas engine with 113,000 miles. When I got there it was pre inspection and the dealer couldnt get the keys since it was a weekend and the shop guys had the keys. The told me that I couldnt start it since no jeys but rest assured that everything and anything they found wrong with it during inspection would be fixed if I purchased pre inspection and without driving it. I trusted them since they were a major dealer moving a ton of cars monthly and Austin the salesman (which was the GM's kid) was insanely friendly and seemed trusting. So I bought it under the assumption that everything was going to be good with the truck even if anything was found wrong with it during inspection. Time comes a week later to pick it up. Upon pick-up some minor things were wrong right off the bat. Non operational head unit, non working driver door unlock button, passenger visor fell off the ceiling, tire pressure sensor fault. All this right on the lot. They informed me the radio should start working just give it a few hours, along with the unlock button. They said of the tire sensor that because it was hot it was tripping it that once it got cooler it would function then they said of the passenger visor to just but the mount on my own because it would take months to get in. Against my better judgement I trusted Austin and drove away. Fast forward three months of owning the truck and I have had to replace both Cat converters, am in the process of getting the fan clutch and exhaust manifold replaced and still what's wrong that I cannot yet afford is a muffler, radiator, thermostat, and A/c condenser. When its all said and done the bill will be $5,000 for everything investes in it. Not to mention all the minor stuff at the beginning never just "magically came back on." I tried contacting them but they just gave me the typical dealer run around. All in all a nice to your face type place but do not trust them as far as you can throw them. I will never buy a vehicle from them again and I will tell all my friends and acquaintances the same. I am a bus driver so that's quite alot of people I talk to. I highly recommend you never go to Van Chevrolet now or ever..

The absolute worst dealership ever. I call & get transferred 10 times & I’ve not been able to speak with whoever I was transferred to. I’m always transferred to reception. No excuse, bad business practices. I guess on they got my $34,000 cash I can’t find anyone to help me. I was even told by a service manager I shouldn’t have left a negative review as they’d be less likely to help me. Really?!?!? I’m blown away. Do not go to Van Chevrolet. Horrible, I wouldn’t send my enemy there. So yes another very much deserved negative review.

I have never had worse customer service than at Vans Chevrolet. They never follow up on their promises, never return phone calls. Can’t believe they can continue business with this level of incompetence.
Go some other place. 😀😀😀
You can call and talk to anyone of the lady's in the office. Once they sell you a car they really don't have anything to do with it. I have bought 5 cars from them never had a problem with them till the last one not sure I'll go back.
They will drive you crazy, stick to your price and don't back down
They're just trying to make a sale that's why I tell people look around there's good people out there some are just hungry salesman
Go to Van Chevy. See smiley. He will guide you
Yes
You would think someone in a position of power at an ownership level would clean this mess up.
Your payments are made to the bank you have your loan through not the dealership. You just call whoever your loan is with and set up an online payments. That's if they offer an online payment option.
If it was in for service. Call the service mgr. If no satisfaction call the dealership mgmt immediately. If no satisfaction call Detroit directly.
