Horrible customer service. My mom and I went in trying to buy backsplash for multiple houses we are working on. We asked the lady for help and she acted like we were bothering her and the two other associates hanging at the front desk. She pointed us to the backsplash and her and the other associates went back to discussing their weekend plans…there were multiple people looking at tile and all the associates didn’t leave the desk. I’m surprised by the high reviews.

Every contractor has different prices based off volume of business. Premium granite will not guarantee the best prices though because they need to make money too, they're only fabricators therefore they don't get the prices a contractor does meaning they cannot sell it to you the way a contractor would.
