Spoke with Drew on the phone to ask if it was okay to bring my two year old son in. He let me know that their play area is age appropriate for two year olds and that we can come in to tour the place before we let my son play. I agreed that this was a good idea and proceeded to drive over. When I got there, he let me know that we can tour the place, but that my son wouldn’t be able to play because it is for parties only. He was also very rude about it also. If Drew would have let me known that it was for parties only, I would have never wasted my time driving over! Thanks Drew for treating me so poorly and being so rude about it as well. Would give zero stars if possible.

I’ve been coming to pump it up for many years! We are so happy that Scottsdale stayed open because we used to always go to the Peoria one and they closed down!

Kids love this place! Parents can relax as kids move from one room to the next in a safe controlled environment. Great birthday spot for summer birthday kiddos--staff really made it special for us and guided us on every step! Highly recommend to all parents.
