Most of the staff was friendly after awhile. Some disturbed u quietly while others didn't care how loud they wr at 4,5,6 am. Food was decent n alot of it there. But there's seasoning n condiments available. They r short staffed as most all medical places r so they're doing their best except thus is our life. They go home to support. Some of us never had that n more. But they don't deal with anything but pills. Got there n upstairs n more then half my belongings wr gone n a brown paper bag had a few clothing items. I spoke to someone the pm b4 n another in the am I b4 I went there. No one went through my things with me to tell me why everything I was told was fine wasn't. It felt like a violation. N it triggered my PTSD. Then (still day 1) the meds Dr put me on 2 new meds for something I don't have. I finally found someone to go through my things with me n I just had to take the strings out of my pants as I was on suicide watch. Not a big deal. I pulled the string so I could repair them at home. 1 group a day (maybe). It's a place to be immediately medicated n watch TV or color. Go home to the same situation n ZERO ways to feel, think, behave differently. Thus is NOT a place to learn coping skills or tools. Idk why the patients can't have groups for NA/AA share coping skills n tools to help us when we leave there. I suggested that n speakers for relaxing music in the rooms. But if u want to be waken up loudly for blood draws/blood pressure checks... go here. I regret wasting my time. Tell them ur better n they let u leave. Even when ur not. They're there for meds n movies.

This is probably too early. But my daughter is there yesterday (9/27)was her first day and so far so good, the secretary on the front when I was signing paperwork she was very nice and helpful. And the nurse that brought my daughter over to her room in saguaro and I might edit this later when I speak to her. Lol

HORRIBLE PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would not suggest anyone go here, there are much better places. Receptionists do not seem to care very much at all about anyone, seems like they're just here for a paycheck

I was accepted with Medicaid (AHCCCS) with United Healthcare Community plan. I'm not sure about Medicare but I would think yes.
Yes
Yes they do. Go there they can help
Yes they do
Not too expensive and they do accept most insurance. The doctors and Nurses are the best in the buisiness. I highly recommend it.
Yes they accept you and contact from the phone number on their site.
Banner is the best in the valley especially for adults. Docs and Nurses are all great.
Yes, AHCCCS is accepted
Yes, Banner is absolutely the best psychiatric hospital around and accepts Medicaid.
Please call the front desk and ask about servicess regarding therapy.
In general, Medicare pays 80% of inpatient admission. Your supplemental will likely cover the balance. For specific answers, you need to call your insurance company or present to the Intake Department and they will call them.

Hello, I just called the Behavioral Health Center and a girl answered my call (must be her first day), and she stated that no detox is offered at that Banner on 7575 E Earll. she said i would have to go to "Any banner emergency room." Im highly confused because according to the website they offer detox at this very location on Earll! Also, i can see reviews about people receiving detox treatment at the behavioral health center on earll. Am i going crazy?
I dropped somebody off here about 2 weeks ago and I want to say with insurance for 3/4 days it was around $2,400 also this place is mostly a detox, this isn't where you actually live for a month and get help like that and if you're over the age of 21 you can basically sign yourself out after about 3 to 4 days depending on how you're doing at the group meetings and what your vitals are. The staff is friendly but because of the virus it's basically a get in and get out thing right now.
Absolutely 👍 Go right in.
in terms of what? clothes without strings, shoes without shoelaces hygiene products that are not sharp/glass hygiene products without alcohol in first three ingredients. Anything else you are wondering about??
Yes BBHH helps with AHCCCS application.
Yes
I'm not sure about that sorry.
Yes most of them
Best to call them
do you have insurance? Some insurance companies will offer transportation as long as it has to do with medical purposes.
May want to check with a non profit who may need volunteers
Pray & go in to treatment
I would call and ask but I believe they will. Also ask if they can do a payment plan after you leave.
This is a public q&a section where local guides can share tips or experiences. If you call banner intake or help im sure they can answer your questions
Yes
Go into the EMERGENCY ENTRANCE and tell the receptionist that you're severely suicidal and will hurt yourself. She'll call in a nurse immediately and get you triaged, etc. Stay safe
Please consult Banner themselves about this. You may reach them by telephone and email.
Anyone can be involved that YOU want involved. You get to choose what level of involvement they have.
