Purchased a new rifle paid in full on line from their website. Had it delivered to the Gainesville Va store for pickup. Waited 2 hours just to fill out paperwork. The absolute slowest process and lack of customer satisfaction I’ve ever seen from any company. Was a long time customer on line, would definitely recommend staying out of this store. Wish I could’ve posted zero stars, but no luck

Very upset with gun store, every time I went in the required paperwork changed and they don't follow ATF standards. I admit being military, paying taxes in one state, living in a 2nd, and working in a 3rd is a complicated issue but I brought my out of state license paperwork in and the gun shop said they could do the transfer as an out-of-state transfer of a long gun. I then special ordered a rifle and had it delivered to Cabala's since they didn't stock it. Went in to pick it up and they said I needed something issued from VA showing VA address so I went back again and they refused to accept DMV registration as a valid proof of address, despite ATF website saying DMV registration is a valid proof of address and it along with passport are an acceptable combination. According to person at desk, company policy is not to accept passports as IDs. They also refused to ship special order rifle to any other dealer that does exactly follow ATF guidelines.

Walk in main entrance, there will be a long counter on the right side at first aisle, that's customer service. If you get to registers you have gone too far. Hope this helps.

You purchased something with out knowing what it was. Now, with no information about your purchase, you want to know what you purchased; and you want that advisement from Cabela's on a public Google Maps site that has no connection with Cabela's... Take your purchase back to Cabela's and get help in person OR call the Cabela's store and provide the product code on your receipt and ask if they can identify what it is in their system.
They definitely have gear suitable for kids there!

That depends on when the manufacturer ships them. You can call Cabela's and ask for an update but they are not the company that makes the product. They are the point of sale.

I would browse the online site first..sorry I have not shopped that section&don't know.
They don't have a cafe or a diner or anything like that, but there's plenty of snacks, sweets and stuff to drink. If you like roasted nuts, then they have some that are to definitely worth stopping for.
