Store manager do not know FEDEX pick up times. A manager ( Short guy with a glasses on )was annoyed with me because i kept asking FEDEX schedule. He tho i was a teenager and gave me a nasty attitude. I held myself not to yell because 2 nice ladies behind the register was trying to give costumer service. How could you not know your pick up times ,knowing fedex is bring your store footfall !? Literally bring you people so you can convert them in to a buyer. That guy needs to be retrain!

I had to shop longer but unfortunately had to cash out and get only a few things because I needed to use the restroom and they refused to let me use the restroom which I have never experienced at any Walgreens before in my life! I have lived in so many states, shopped at Walgreens all the time and always was able to use a restroom IN the store!!! I felt so annoyed by an experience of this kind, how is a customer suppose to complete there shopping experience if they NEED to use a restroom while in the middle of a shopping trip, and then lied to and told they don’t have a restroom for public use! This is a store that is suppose to cater to the public.
