The staff is either really rude on the phone with no reason or they actually don’t know how to put a call on hold. It took 4 calls to get a simple yes or no answer from them.

Update: I had a very helpful, pleasant experience with Greg, this morning -- he assisted me with a return of a few items and then helped me find the electronics location. A smooth, quick, pleasant trip! Just based on my calling into the pharmacy to get a prescription transferred to this location--I'd give it 5 stars. Gina answered the phone and she was helpful, cheerful, quick and responsive. Update: They have a clean, bright new "health hub" at this location. When I visited recently two employees asked me if they could help me find anything.

The staff was really rude when I went for a pickup the short white Russian guy with the medium fade and hair up to be exact. He kept giving dirty looks to me and my mom. Meanwhile we were sitting there for more then 10 mins for a prescription that was already done but no one ever called my name. This place is really umperfessional. Why does that guy have a job if his customer service is so horrible ?

very bad service, the pharmacy staff didn't want to sell me some allergy pills, just because I didn't have a green card, I showed them the New York state ID and they didn't want to sell me
