I have had a few good experiences with TriBeCa, but most recently they slapped the right prescription label on the wrong product. Granted, not a dangerous substitution, but I didn’t notice it was the wrong product and it irritated my sensitive skin. Their service is excellent, but filling an incorrect product is unacceptable.

Seriously the best pharmacy, period. Not in NYC, period. After today i’m just going to pull all my prescriptions out of useless CVS & Walgreens. The prices for out of pocket can’t be beaten. I live on 145th and work in downtown Brooklyn so ill jus be stopping here from in between the two. Wish had longer hours but A1

So helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me get my prescription. The owner went out of his way, dealing with the other pharmacies and my doctors office for hours on end to get me what I needed as I was on a tight time crunch.
