Probably the worst manicure I’ve gotten, unfortunately. Every time I asked my tech to fix something or add another coat, she literally said “no”. I’d recommend elsewhere.

Myself & my daughters have went to Escape off & on for about 3 years for many different things.. Eyelash extensions, manicures, pedicures, full sets & eyebrow waxing. I have gotten eyelash clusters on 3 separate occasions, both times they started falling off around the 4th or 5th day. I loved how they looked, they just did not last. Me & my daughter went this past Saturday morning when they opened, I had an appointment for a pedicure & she got a manicure. I always get the spa pedicure, so I know what to expect. The lady that did my pedicure rushed it, she did not do all of the steps the extra costs comes with. My daughters manicure also took about 10 minutes to do from start to finish. We have made appointments several times and have had to wait up to 45 minutes to taken care of (the last time they gave my daughter a $15 gift card for us having to wait so long). I understand nail salons get busy.. but I feel this particular one is more focused on quantity vs. quality. They rush just to get to the next customer because they do get really busy.. Myself and my 3 daughters will no longer be going here.

Yah this place is really bad. I went in and got a Gel Manicure and they never gave the nails enough time to dry between coats, and so the paint is literally moving under my nail and then the polish chipped in 3 days and because they are STILL not dry and firm they got indents in them. And then I went back to get them fixed and they told me that the only way they would fix them is if I paid for it. I can say the technicians were really nice, but I do not recommend going there.

The place is beautiful, appeared to be clean, but the customer service was okay. I paid $67 (not including tip) for a short, acrylic manicure with a colored acrylic powder (no design). The shape (square) is not filed well (a few of my nails are slanted), and the cuticles on some of my fingers are flooded, so I expect the nails will be lifting soon. The colors are nice, but I won't be back.
