it's a shame. My hour to get the bread is 3 pm, twice it was no more bread at all, and they closed at 6pm. so desappointed

This is the place you hope for. Absolutely delicious bread fresh from the oven, tasty breakfast items and excellent pastries. After living in Manhattan for more than a decade, so grateful to have this gem of a bakery in town. I am shamelessly eating one of their donuts while I write this :)

Ordering system on a busy day is a complete fail. They really make it as chaotic as possible and then mix up your order. But having said that... Fantastic bread, warm first thing in the morning, and all morning on weekends. Cronuts and croissants are fabulous. Coffee is not my favorite, but perfectly acceptable. 💯 Worth a visit

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

We have implemented plexiglass barriers between customers and employees, as well as one-way hallways with dividers and social distancing to keep customers safe. Additionally, we have employed MagnaShield to professionally sanitize all surfaces, which lasts for 60 days in addition to our daily cleaning and sanitization process. We have a one-year contract with MagnaShield to sanitize every 60 days so surfaces are always protected. There is limited capacity for indoor seating, and there are dividers between each seating area.

Hazelnuts are a choking and allergy hazard. Well, it's a joke. But honestly, why don't you walk in and ask an owner? They are nice people, very pleasant.
