Ardent does not answer their phones to current customers, and uses software to automate everything. They have missed multiple errors, causing enormous mistakes and penalties- missed tax payments and don't notice if a bill is paid once, or twice.

I am really confused how this company has more than one star. Zero stars is more appropriate. I am a Highwood Trace resident and we have Ardent Residential. We might as well be throwing our money down the toilet. When they first started to manage our property their answering service was on a loop. You would go from number 1 in the call cue and then bumped to five. Over and over again. The number connects to a call center, the call center workers can only take a message because the staff is never in the office. The address that's on here is an old address, They are not on Glenridge. The new address is in Brookhaven. There is no office. I went myself. Today the website is not working. The company does not communicate to the entire community. The only thing that you can guarantee is this company is going to get paid. My property manager Urania is just collecting a check by dodging phone calls and email questions. I'm not writing this to deter you. This is probably the only way that I can get someone to call me back.

Delays and no responses. I am closing on a property tomorrow and requested an updated closing letter prior to the close. Not a surprise that I haven't heard back, and most likely will not hear back, from Ardent.

Hello Joshua, The standard condo questionnaire was ordered on 8/28/19 at 4:38pm. The standard questionnaire turnaround time is 5-7 business days. You called Ardent on 9/4/19 at 9:26am (3rd business day) and we confirmed that the order was received, and we would do our best to expedite the order. We called you back at 9:36am to confirm the order would be completed by close of business 9/4. You called us back at 2:13pm to inform us that it had not been received and we informed you that it would be returned by close of business. The questionnaire was sent to the purchaser at 5:14pm on 9/4.
