Good experience buying a used car. Salesperson was informative and friendly. But the negotiating process was car dealer standard. Protracted haggling, waiting around while the sales person disappears into the managers office. I wish I could say the back and forth was more pain free but it wasn’t. Had to fight to get a reasonable offer on the trade etc. It was not any worse or better than any other experience I have had. That said it’s a beautiful dealership and obviously the cars are great. I would return.
