These employees do not care about their customers unless you are a contractor. I sat and watched as they helped a contractor and let me walk around the store without help. When I say they it’s because there was two of employees and one client and me in the store.

Terrible customer service at the location on Mohawk in Phoenix. Just tried to buy a drain pump for my washing machine and the guy at the counter wouldn't help me because I didn't have the model number. Shame on me for not having that information, but he could have at least tried. There wasn't anybody else in the place so he had plenty of time. Oh well, Amazon didn't need the model #. Will get my part in 24 hrs. I would avoid this shop at all costs.

I very politely asked the guy where to find the part number on a GE top loading washer so I could give it to him to look up a part and the he turned into a complete horse's rear end and hung up on me. Nice place!

They should be able to have the part or get the part ordered within a few days as long as you have either the part number stamped on the part you're bringing in or the model number of the wine cooler.
