Viví was such a delight to work with. She helped me select my flooring and bathroom tile. Honestly, if people actually took the time to read their receipt for any type of product they purchase you would know what their store policy is. The bad review on here is complete nonsense. Don’t buy from this company! The owner agreed to take back some tile that was over ordered for a job. He agreed to do this knowing full well the circumstances of the job. When the job was done and it came time to return, he has amnesia and refuses to honor his agreement. In fact when questioned, he got belligerent and hung up on me. I’ve done thousands of dollars of business with this company over the years and the owner was more than happy sever ties over a couple hundred bucks (a little over 200 sq ft of tile). I try real hard to give my business to small local businesses which Phoenix Flooring most certainly is. When you come across one that is willing to behave this way, is disappointing on so many levels.
