Fries are cold every single time I go to McDonald's, last trip I had to park and wait for 2 burgers, chicken sandwich and cold fries. One litte dot of mayo on my sandwich 🤬

Corporate has failed this location. This is literally one of two McDonald's catering to a growing area and corporate is NOT keeping up. Every single time we have ordered inside it takes an act of congress to get anyone's attention to take an order. There will be a lobby full of customers just standing around waiting while staff in the back walk by, walk past the customers, walk up TO the counter, and not a single person makes eye contact or even bothers to address one customer. Not until someone steps up and says "Yeah, so, we've been here ten minutes...is there anyone working up front?" Like, how long does McDonald's allow customers to just stand around and wait to order? How many people have to walk out and go somewhere else before they do something about it? Meanwhile the kitchen is FULL of workers. We're talking 10+ people actively working the kitchen, yet not one of them addresses the entire lobby full of waiting people. Not to mention, the place is never clean. The floors are always covered in trash and food, the actual trash can is overflowing, and supplies are always out. There's a lot of potential and every missed opportunity to make this place decent. Step up and do better, corporate.

This is my favorite McDonald's around Sanford...most of the time they're on point with the food and stuff...gave it a 1 star for atmosphere because I don't ever go in at this place because it's always some drama they have going on up here.

I’m trying to figure out how this place doesn’t have sweet tea. Asked why and they said Co2 was down. Last I checked Co2 was for soda. They need to get their act together.
