What's the purpose of having people standing outside when there is a drive thu window. You u have 2 people doing a 1 person job. Person outside still has to tell cashier the order no diff then a customer telling them.

Theres nothing wrong with the system. It's no faster, regular would take things back to normal. Faster time and correct orders.
