Absolutely terrible. Has gone so downhill. They rush you so much that when they were cleaning my cuticles and filing they actually made my nail beds bleed. Rudest staff I've ever encountered. They won't be in business much longer.

I came in at 6:30 with my friend, her boyfriend and my boyfriend. Everything was fine until we go to check out. Me and my friend got the exact same thing. Deluxe pedi with regular gel. And classic mani with gel POLISH. The guys got deluxe pedis. When we checked out mine was $120 for 2 pedis and one mani. My friends was $110 for the exact same thing. Two pedis and one mani. I asked why mine was more. And she said I got dip. I did not get dip. I said me and my friend got the same thing. The lady that did my nails had already left. It was 8:20. They close at 8. So the lady up front that was saying that I didn’t get polish. When clearly I did. I watched her PAINT my nails. Not dip anything. She then offered to file my nail down to see if it was dip or polish. I said I dont have time for that. I’ve already been here for hours and I’m not gonna do that just for $10 and stay there even longer while she fixes my nail. They should write down what they do to your nails if they aren’t gonna remember it.

I went in two days ago to have acrylic nails removed and gel polish manicure done and left in hurry without really looking at them. Later in the day, in better lighting, I realized that most of the nails had a very bumpy appearance. I called and spoke to the manager, and today she was able to redo them for me and they turned out great. I truly appreciate their customer service and their willingness to make it right!

I had my nails done on Monday, chipped that day, before I got to my Daughters. So disappointed, today I was able to pick it off without nail polish. I was not doing any rough work , I was just traveling 10 hours in our car to go home. Do not have the chance for them to redo, but should have lasted more than a couple hours.🤨
