I emailed them twice about an appointment to get an eye exam and they never reached out. Then I called and was placed on hold for almost 15 minutes before hanging up. Finally got ahold of them, best they could do is 6 weeks out. I have no problem waiting if they’re really that busy. I gave the lady my insurance info over the phone, everything was good to go. Pretty sure their website even had my insurance listed, otherwise I wouldn’t have reached out in the first place. I then get a call literally the day before my appointment (that I had waited 6 weeks for) for them to tell me I’d have to pay out of pocket because they don’t take my insurance. Whitney couldn’t give me a reason as to why I was told less than 24 hours before my appointment that they don’t take my insurance. This should’ve been checked when I initially made the appointment. Double or triple check with them before requesting half a day off of work 6 weeks prior.

Terrible phone service and will not do a simple task thats asked for. I asked two times for my prescription information even if its expired by one year. I just need something within two years. I still wanted it and they will not email it to me even after they said they would twice now. FYI- its two years in the state of oregon before they expire and I need it for this state.

I highly recommend Triangle Visions in Sanford. I was in a pickle and ran out of contacts before a big trip out of state. The doctor was very understanding and offered me samples to hold me over, but he didn’t have enough in my prescription. Crystal at the front desk went above and beyond and made a call to the other office 30 mins away, coordinated with the staff at the other office to get the contacts to the Sanford office within 24 hours just so I had enough contacts for my trip. ABOVE AND BEYOND. I’m very grateful for their care and efforts to help me.
