I woke up with an increasingly worsening eye infection this morning and called Blahnik Eye Care, where I am a patient of record. They suffered damage to their office from Ian and temporarily work out of another eye doctor’s quarters. They saw me in the two hours they had before they closed for the weekend. Dr. Criscio is great. He’s patient and considerate and listens to his patients. Thank you so much to all of you for helping me on short notice!

Customer service is PHENOMENAL and medical knowledge is SUPERB! From the moment I walked into this gorgeous office, I was greeted immediately by a friendly gentleman, who helped me find my way to the sign in desk. Denise the receptionist, was very polite and friendly as well, as she got me checked in, which didn’t take very long at all. I can’t remember the lady‘s name who did the measurements and prep work before I saw the doctor, but she was equally as friendly and helpful. Moments later, the doctor came in and introduced himself as Dr. Criscio, but most call him Dr. C. He definitely knows his job, and is very pleasant when talking and explaining things to his patients, so that we fully understand our health. I am used to doctors being cordial, but this doctor almost seemed like family he was so nice, lol. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire exam, and I could tell he really enjoys what he does. I can honestly say, that I have never experienced such an amazing eye exam. I got to see what my eyeballs actually look like close up on the computer screen, and he explained to me the condition of the various parts of my eyes. Just a great experience all around! Dr. C genuinely enjoys helping people, and the kindness just pours right out of him. Whoever is responsible for hiring and managing ALL of the people at this facility should be commended. I am so glad I was referred to this office by the VA, and I will be recommending this business to everyone I know, that is in need of quality eye care. Amazing facility, friendly staff, knowledgeable and caring doctors, and highly recommend! A+
