My mom is a member with a +1 benefit, so I was her +1 this time. Might consider getting my own membership. Nice equipment, nice staff, clean place... It was a pleasant experience.

I am so upset. This punk child Isiah the team leader lied to me and told me he was the manager. He referred to me as “boss” multiple times on the phone, even when I asked him not to refer to me as “boss.” I’m a paying member at the facility and expect to be treated as such. Isiah calling me “boss” multiple times, even after asking him to please not refer to me as “boss,” is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen. This is the reason I canceled my membership and will tell all my friends and associates never to set foot in that facility ever again. I canceled my membership because of Isiah's attitude and rude demeanor. When I canceled my membership and told them about my unsatisfactory experience with Isiah, the fake “Manager,” no one cared. I’m going to Court Jester, where I can be treated like a customer, not an employee. You do get what you pay for, especially at this facility. It was impossible to file a complaint which took me 48 minutes on hold until I gave up. Court Jester, here I come!!!

Friendly staff and nice gym layout. Some equipment is worn. Men's restroom needs more routine attention. Gym is packed during peak hours 5pm to 7pm. Gym crowd is mainly college kids.

But if your looking to get in shape and to be healthy in a atmosphere with out the pressure have a personal trainer and save money pf is the way to go yes most gyms have these options but not the price or atmosphere!now if your looking to get diesel and you been at this for a while join a gym gym being more than 75lb dumbbells. What ever you decide make sure its right for you at the end of the day its your health!
Not if you have a black card. But you do need to schedule it ahead of time if you want 1 on 1. Otherwise they have scheduled group personal training where the trainer just kind of bounces around person to person.
Butt crack of dawn and the dead of night. Otherwise expect a decent sized crowd. Avoid right after normal work hours during the week. The weekends are a little less all around and have no especially ideal time. Good luck!
