Poor customer service. They can never seem to find an order placed online. Long wait for a fast food places and no one cares. One if not the worst restaurants and employees. Absolutely hate coming here.

Their new policy on not taking multiple orders at once really stinks. My uncle, dad, brother, and I were all going to order separately and pay for our own food, and in order to do so, we had to wait in the drive thru FOUR TIMES. My dad ordered first, then my uncle, them my brother, then me, and by the time we got home, their food was air conditioner temperature and my food was just barely warm. Not a fun experience.
