I was not only sent the control board but also a mode shifter because it is recommended to swap this part when changing the control board. That was above and beyond. Even though the part did not work out for me (the problem was on my end) they refunded me without me even asking for one. It was an absolute pleasure working with John and I look forward to our next transaction.

I used this company via Ebay to purchase a used motor control board for an Affinity washer. The part shipped the same day ordered. I order this item on a Friday and received the part on Monday. The way the part arrived was outstanding. The part was well protected by bubble wrap, tape and box. Inside the box was a returned shipping slip billed to vendor, with a great message about things happened etc.I was so impressed. The part worked as committed by this merchant. I would happily do business with this company again.

All around EXCELLENT business. It's rare to find a businesses that actually just want to do the right thing. Had my refrigerator go out on me over the course of 12 hours. I immediately thought, I need a new fridge. Did a quick search of the types of problems I was having and through my search found this company. I dropped off my control board and they had it fixed and warrantied the work. After speaking to John (one of the owners) you can tell he cares about his work, employees and his customers. If you have issues with your refrigerator and have some tech "know-how," I would take a second to see if you can fix it on your own. Saved me $1000s. Thanks, Apex!

my GE washer stopped in the middle of a cycle with my clothes locked inside. the GE repairman said he could get the control board for about $300 plus labor. and if that part didn't work, he'd need more parts and labor for $1300 ... well over the cost of a new washer. apex had the initial $300 part for $80. shipped fast and well packaged. ordered Tuesday and received on Friday. turns out the problem is another board well inside the washer. even though the GE repairman suggested the wrong control board, apex has the best return policy. shipping label and free returns. no issues at all with ordering shipping or returning items. will absolutely order again from apex if I need a spare part for my appliance.
