Customer service was less than ideal. My concerns were brushed aside and I felt like I was being talked down to. The rep was extremely condescending and unhelpful. I guess I should have checked their rating (F) with the BBB first!

Hi y'all, I needed a fidgermater FAST. Mine is dying and is gasping its lasts breaths after 12 years of faithful service. It's a GE side-by-side, just a note. I googled the big boxes and made some in store surveys and was not pleased with the results I found. I voiced used appliances in Phoenix. B&B was the first one that came up. I called. Rhonda answered. She's my new superhero. It's actually a family-owned business since the 60s I think and she was wonderful and she was not on commission cuz she it's a family-owned business and she was patient with me and I was having on and I nailed one down and I got the money for it and she said everything up she was so patient it was done boom once it was done once the money was there it was done boom so my hats off to Rhonda and B&B and I would go there again and I would recommend it to anybody that needs any kind of appliance go see Rhonda at B&B. She's off Wednesdays. Don't go Wednesday you have to meet Rhonda she has an amazing personality. I was just telling God when I talked to her on the phone and that was the place I needed to go to. Cheers y'all. Did I mention Rhonda was amazing?

Friendly, good selection, good pricing, knowledgeable and delivered on time. The delivery person was excellent as he had to remove old appliance taking off the doors and then do the same with the new to get it in.

Good afternoon, to the owner. After reading your response to my review I decided to delete my original review only because I needed the room to respond to you. I can't help but wonder where you were when all of this took place with Rhonda, oh that's right you weren't involved even though at one point I did ask to talk to a manager and was not permitted too. Also my property manager had already given their approval for a replacement dishwasher that had nothing to do with the repeated scheduling issues with Rhonda, also why is it once i called and got a different person this person went above and beyond to help,even to schedule us earlier than Rhonda would? As I manage many people I understand about protecting your team but I also clearly understand what it means to hold them accountable for bad behavior and unless I know the intire store never to assume my employee was in the right. Rhonda also took a stand on lying about something my property manager did not say and I also was upset and offend by this. We have a close relationship with our property manager and for over 8 years they have been amazing and have never lied to us about anything let alone something so trivial. So again before you go commenting on someone negative review make sure you know the intire store and what really took place. Someone like myself who works many hours would not foolishly waist precious time to sit and write a long reviewed had there not been a episode that went as far south with Rhonda as this did.
