Ok so came to this appliance store twice, I just bought a house in the neighborhood and doing a full remodel. First time walking around the store no one acknowledged me once, which was ok because I had only like 20 minutes to look around anyways. Second time I stopped in I had more time so could see what options they had and thought might work for my situation. No one else was in the store so someone did come and help. I was listing all the items I needed and what I wanted to get. The guy just asked me what my time line was and I said like a few months and he said well Wolf-Subzero is out for a year......ok never said I needed that brand but then maybe suggest one that isn't a year out. I told him well maybe there was something else and the guy just said that it sounded like I knew what I wanted and to look on there website and email them. Ok I don't understand this sales tactic, there is no one else in the store and you carry other brands but just say one and tell the customer to look online. Yes I can do that and probably get a better deal but wanted to see the different products and set it up with an actual store/sales rep that I could talk to face to face especially for a large purchase. I don't get it, I guess just go to Spencer's.
