My son moved in last Saturday and hasn’t had a refrigerator in a week and put in several work orders. He also have other issues that haven’t been taken care of as well. Poor management Loring Heights Apartments in Georgia. We have called the office several times.

I truly hate leaving reviews but this seems necessary. I’ve lived at Atlantic Brookhaven for going on 2 years and thoroughly enjoy the property as well as the staff. I don’t, however, enjoy what I feel like is mistreatment of the staff and property itself. It strongly appears that this property needs help in the form of more staff as they seem SO overwhelmed with any requests that come through, as well as help to maintain and oversee the property. There have been many occasions to where the facilities have been closed, but advertised to be 24 hours per my lease contract. There have been multiple occasions to where shootings and deaths have occurred and we were not notified NOR did the police show after several calls made. I do feel like this staff tries their best with the cards they have been dealt. Get this staff some assistance, around the board. You’re very lucky to have Robert amongst the staff here as he has been consistently nothing short of amazing. I am so looking forward to leaving this complex, as it has constantly put a bad taste in my mouth. ESPECIALLY the corporate office that is continuously unresponsive and completely clueless. My sister lives at the sister property at Howell Mill and it most certainly seems like a corporate issue as she faces countless issues as well to no avail. It is relentless. Just, go elsewhere.

Came on here to make sure people knew of the horror stories this property management company is responsible for. O stars for customer service, 0 stars for professionalism, 0 for health/safety, 0 stars for maintenance...unfortunately google requires me to give 1 star. If you can avoid dealing with Cristal Corona, or any of these other unprofessional front desk folks. I understand it's not a great job...low pay, no benefits, probably feel unappreciated often. Not my problem, get someone working here who wants to work here, or maybe it's some insight into the companies overall culture. I found better living and so can you!
