The two people that are managing our community do not return emails or phone calls until I left a msg for someone over them.. Shortly after Eric called me and when i answered, he identified himself and started yelling stating he has already spoken to me and when i told him I have never spoken to him he became extremely rude and very unprofessional. I was shocked and hung up the phone. This company doesn't deserve one star.

This company exists essentially as a mechanism for diffusing responsibility. I have had a leaky pipe in my house for 2 days and it's been absolutely impossible to reach the condo manager to talk about the problem. Calls inevitably reach the voicemail. Then you're redirected to a customer service representative who really doesn't have any info or power to solve any issue. They give you a random number to call. Calling the number immediately leads to voicemail. Rinse and repeat.

Kimberly Mitchell, The CMA property manager from my neighborhood (Bentwater) called my wife and harassed, threatened her with court and to get a lawyer and said the ARC reviewer will deny my request. She then covered up the truth about other homes but selectively enfoced mine. The truth was exposed at an appeals meeting but thr HOA protected her with no consequence. The covenants do not say that type of behavior is what happens to homeowners. She broke the law and violated the covenants. My formal complaint letter went unanswered and ignored. CMA business blamed me instead. Avoid this embarrassing business. Kimberly also waited over three weeks to cash my dues check. Kimberly is a member of GREC (Ga. Real Estate Commission). She must uphold her Code of Ethics. During my appeal hearing, the HOA president was wrong about certain properties. Kimberly Mitchell refused to correct her to prove my claim to be valid. Her refusal caused more undue stress on my family. She then lied by omission during my appeal just to spire and cause more stress on my family. Her lies were exposed. No apology was given. A formal complaint and a request to investigate Kimberly Mitchell will be submitted regarding her intentional and unethical behavior towrds my family.

As a vendor it can be difficult to find managers who will give you a chance to prove yourself to them and their community, but I would say we as a company are very blessed to have built a WONDERFUL relationship with quite a few CMA managers! James Thibault, Greg Wozniak, Catherine Taylor, Memrie Creswell and SO many more! These managers are always so helpful and quick to respond. I appreciate them more than they know. CMA has always been extremely responsive and helpful with any bumps along they way. Here is to many more years!

Questions & Answers

How long will it take for a homeowner to be reimbursed for the costs incurred as a result of inadequate external drainage "repairs" organized by CMA rep Matt Lazar?

Depends on how long it takes to get the okay from the higher ups in the company. Also, Matt did not do the work, the contractor did. You may need to sue the original contractor who performed the inadequate work to recoup the money spent to correct the poor workmanship.

System has been down all day today. I'm trying to put in a work order. What's going on?

Ask CMA, not Google Guides.
