This place is worse than the DMV. Not only is it impossible to speak with someone over the phone (you’re either directed to an automated voice message that lists their hours and then hangs up, or, if you’re lucky, you’ll have the option to leave a voicemail for a “callback”), they are also either consistently short-staffed and/or have randomly decided to restrict their drug testing hours for the day. Not only was I was sent home on three separate occasions for the aforementioned reasons, but when I was finally allowed to register to test, I was required to sit in my car for over an hour in 115F weather because their COVID-19 restrictions prohibited anyone else from sitting in their waiting room. Total wait time was 3 hours and 15 minutes. If could give them 0/5 stars I would.

The ladies at the front need an attitude check. I’ve been watching them pick and choose who they are rude to. This is incredibly unprofessional. Some of the WORST customer service. Get better people who actually care about their job and patients.

They now require an appointment for a pre-employment drug test and yet when trying to call to make that the phone message says it is full and hangs up. No one answers the phone. For consortium service this is not a good place. We are struggling to hire people and then it takes at least two weeks to get the appointment and test results back. Lourdes needs to take a serious look at this branch if it is not going to provide better service.
