My fiance rented a unit last week and We had called many other places before hand, but this place by far had the best deal. The location is perfect and the place itself is very clean. Vanessa was nice, and helped us get everything in order. We know if we have any questions or issues she will be there to help. They even have moving supplies making it convenient for us.

The facility is very well maintained, the manager had already decorated for Christmas and the place looked great.. She took time to explain the rental process and showed us a few units. Vanessa was very friendly and helpful. Price wasn't bad.. Great customer service. I recommend this place to someone needing storage.

I showed up with my uncle to rent an RV spot a few minutes before 6. Vanessa the manager didn’t hesitate to show us around the facility and she answered all the questions we had, didn’t rush us and made the whole experience of renting a parking spot very easy.. I won’t say anything 🤫 bad about the other storage facility’s around town but Express Storage has 5 star customer 🤩 service in my opinion 💯 and I recommend this place to everyone who needs storage!
