I called about a month ago to help my grandmother get an appointment scheduled, the staff talking with us at the time “Santiago” was incredibly unprofessional and rude. After being left on hold for 40 minutes my grandmother and I gave up and hung up. And just last week my father was referred to this clinic and the minute we talked to the staff members there, Elizabeth the receptionist was so helpful and friendly to us and got us scheduled within 10 minutes!

Dr. T is the best. I suffered from Gout a few years ago. Tried all kinds of home and YouTube remedies. None of which worked. Suffered for three weeks before going to see him. Instant relief. And since then he's been very accommodating. Thank you Dr. Thielges

Dr. T and his staff are so kind and accommodating. I have never had to wait more then a few minutes to be seen. Dr T takes his time to listen and address all your concerns. They don’t make you feel like you are just another patient, they actually care. I wish more offices ran their practice like Tri-Cities foot and ankle.

Dr. Grimm is very professional. I had a very an awesome experience start to finish. When I went to him originally I thought I was going to have to have surgery on my very sore very flat feet. After his care and following his advice my feet are pain-free for the first time in years! I am an avid hiker and spend long hours a day on my feet in a retail job. If you go to Dr. Grimm listen to what he says! He is awesome!
