Beautiful new facility, but the staff and the honest person who turned my phone into the Lost and Found Dept truly made my day. Last Friday afternoon, I left my phone on a bench out the facility, by the time I realized I left it on the bench, they were closed. I did drive to the facility in hopes of finding it but no luck. I went back this morning, Monday hoping my phone was turned into the Lost and Found... it was! The angel who returned my phone left a note that it was found at 3:30 pm, only 15 minutes after I left it on the bench. The person didn't leave their name but I want them to know you are not forgotten and I thank you from the bottom of the heart. Honestly, I didn't panic, I remained positive, having faith that their are plenty of good, honest people out there. I thank this person for their honesty and integrity 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Checked in at the new Redding Outpatient Clinic - VA Northern California Health Care System. Urgent care wait was only a few minutes, if that. Wow. This new facility is great. The doctor and staff were real friendly and helpful. Excellent job on this facility! Two thumbs up. 👍 👍

I have nothing but positive input for the Care I have received at this clinic as well as the whole VA system. My doctors, Dr. Duggal, Dr. Serrano, Dr. Aleardi and their staff are the most thorough and caring medical team that I have ever had the need to visit. I get injections by dr. Duggal’s nurse, Paige Epperley every two weeks. Even though she is poking me, I enjoy the time spent with her. These are other people that need recognition as well. Dr. Corbett, mather. Celeste Clark, Mather. Mr, Joseph Estrada, San Francisco The infusion Clinic, Mather.
